Little Moo's is a family run business that has been created to give your little ones endless amounts of fun! We have designed unique party and event packages in a neutral and stylish option were your party theme can be added if you wish. After searching for this ourselves, for our daughter, Macey (Our little moo) we soon realised there wasn't anything in our town quite like this. We are so excited to be able to offer this unique design to you!

How do I make a party booking?
Please fill out our enquiry form, email us or call us to book your party. For quicker booking please state your party date and time upon first contact to us. We require a £35 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. (Weddings £45) We cannot secure any booking until a deposit has been paid. Deposits can be paid by online bank transfer or via paypal. You will receive an email confirmation, and on the day of hire a disclaimer to sign along with a list of rules and regulations. If you wish to see a copy of our disclaimer prior to your party this can be found on our rules and regulations page. Remainder payments will be due the day before your party/ event (excluding weddings) or cash on the day. If we have not recieved payment, your event will not go ahead and our cancellation fee will incur.
We will need 1 weeks notice if cancellation occurs or a 50% fee will incur, if less than 24hrs notice is given a 100% fee will incur. If booking our wedding/ party fun package, we require full payment 1 month prior to event along with signed disclaimer. For weddings we require a £45 deposit to secure your date.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, Little Moo’s is fully insured, and a certificate of insurance can be provided if needed. We do ask that an adult is always supervising any equipment we leave with you and to ensure all children are adhering to our rules. We do have a disclaimer for you to sign that will be emailed to you upon confirmation of booking, please hand this to us upon us arriving to your event. Little Moo's do not accept any liabilitly or responsibility for any injuries or accidents caused when using our equipment. All users play at their own risk. Please fully read our rules, regulations and disclaimer. We are also proud members of the BIHA.
What areas/ towns do you hire your equipment to?
We offer a free delivery service to any areas within 20 miles of the following postcode – TN26 2JH. Further than this a small delivery fee will be arranged dependant on distance. Currently we only provide our services to Kent areas.
Do you set up your party equipment for us?
Yes, all equipment supplied by little moo’s will be dropped off, fully set up, arranged and collected. No need for you to do anything. We suggest 30 minutes for set up and clear up of our equipment – so please allow this in your time if booking a venue. Please make sure we have power available for bouncy castle hire, if you are unsure please check with your venue as this is a requirement when hiring our bouncy castles. The latest we will hire our equipment is 10pm, this is at an additional cost.
Do you offer your equipment for outside events?
Yes, all equipment must be on a flat and smooth surface - grass only. Sadly we cannot set equipment up on artificial grass, pavements or patios. This is for your own safety, the weight we would need to use with sand bags to comply with the law is 163kg per anchor point, we have 6 anchor points on our casltes. We do not allow our equipment to be outside if it is raining. Wind speed will also need to be checked, we will provide you with an anemometer to test wind speeds, this is for safety of all users. If it does rain it will be your responsability to bring the equipment inside, (soft play only) or cover it with sheets we will provide. We would suggest having a gazebo if you are hiring on a very hot day as this will shade the soft play. We can supply you with a gazebo.
What happens if it is raining/ too windy on the day of my event?
We will always try our best to accommodate in adverse weather condtions. If equipment can be set up indoors then we would do this. However if it redeemed unsafe by our guidelines to set up all deposits can be transferred to another date. If full amount has ben paid this can be refunded minus the deposit which can be transferred.
I can’t see my party theme?
Just ask we and we will be happy to help you. Just send us details of your theme and we will see what we can do!
Is your equipment cleaned?
Yes, all our equipment is fully cleaned with anti bacterial and anti viral products. Everything is inspected before and after each use. We have a very high rate of cleanliness and this is most important to us so plese be assured our equipment is very clean. All of our equipment is also safety checked.
